01 / WINDOWS

Run the portable EXE

The application extracts its files to your temporary directory. Keep about 450 MB free there. Choose your language and begin the story.

02 / LINUX

Extract and launch

Preserve file permissions when extracting, open the resulting folder and run ./launch.sh. A desktop, the required shared libraries and a working Chromium sandbox are needed.

03 / MAC

Choose the right architecture

Use Apple silicon for an Apple silicon Mac, or Intel for an Intel-based Mac. Extract with Archive Utility or ditto and open the .app. See the included README if local signing is required.

Included languages: English, Russian, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Simplified Chinese and Brazilian Portuguese.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Chapters, investigations and language packs are bundled locally. Public source links open in your normal browser and need internet access. Narration depends on voices available on your computer.

Will my progress be saved?

Desktop progress persists when you close and reopen the game. Desktop and browser saves are separate; progress from the hosted game does not transfer automatically.
